Laurence Ross, Co-founder/Director of Sales

Formerly of the Manhattan based commercial real estate firms Besen & Associates and Winoker Realty Co., Inc., Mr. Ross, a licensed broker, started his real estate career at Balcor American Express in 1985. Throughout his 18-year career Mr. Ross has been involved in all facets of the commercial industry. He also helped launch PropertyAuction in October 1999, an online auction service for commercial real estate and served as their Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His responsibilities included acquiring and developing new client relationships, marketing and site content management. Mr. Ross, a Business Major graduated from University of Maryland, College Park in 1985.

 
Michael Sokolow Co-founder/Director of Business Development

As a real estate attorney at the New York law firms Feltman Karesh, and Finkelstein Borah, Mike Sokolow has represented numerous developers and owners, including a recently completed luxury condominium located New York’s meat packing district whose sell-out totaled over $48 million. He has also worked as Real Estate Director for both Supercuts, the country’s largest chain of hair salons and Score Learning Centers, an educational subsidiary of the Washington Post Company, where he was responsible for the opening of over 100 retail locations. Mr. Sokolow graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Albany and received his JD from Hofstra University.

 
Ori Klein, Chief Technology Officer

With over 15 years of technology experience, Mr. Klein is directly involved with B2B and B2C e-Commerce solutions from concept development to site implementation. His strengths include strategic analysis, development of infrastructure and network architecture application design. He is also Co-Founder of Locust Systems Design, Inc., an Internet and Application Development Firm which has produced over 150 web initiatives since 1999. Also serving as the Chief Technology Advisor to Travel Networks World Headquarters (Etravnet.com, NADDAQ: REZT), a publicly traded company, Mr. Klein assumed the responsibility in the conceptualization and strategic web implementation of the largest franchised travel agency in the world; with over 400 offices in 21 countries.
